TRANSMIT DIGITAL AD TO MEN'S HEALTH

Files can be transmitted electronically using FTP. Include the name of the advertiser in the naming convention. Do not attempt to send them as email attachments, because they cannot be processed.

For PC / Internet Explorer Users
Click on the link below. Enter the username and password. Drag-and-drop your files into the window that opens.

For Mac OS X Users
Select the "Connect to Server..." menu item while in the Finder (or press command-K).
