Instructions/Standards

• Final printed linescreen will be 150 lines per inch.
• Resolution of continuous tone raster images should be 2 times the printed linescreen.
• Four-color solids should not exceed SWOP density of 300%.
• Ad image area should be no more than trim plus bleed.

Content and Position Proofs

• Supply 2 SWOP Standard, at 100%, hard copy proofs matching each digital file.
• Please visit http://www.swop.org/ for an up-to-date listing of SWOP approved color proofs.
• Proofs should contain a full color bar with dot gain, solids, overprints, and tints.
• The solid color densities and 50% dot gains should be within the tolerances as found in the manufacture's SWOP Application Data Sheets.
