Bleed Dimensions

Full page – copy size:
8-5/16" x 11-1/16”; trim size: 8-1/8” x 10-13/16". Effective with the January 2005 issue The Rotarian's trim size will be 8" x 10-1/2".

Two-page spread – copy size:
16-5/8" x 11-1/16"; trim size: 16-3/8" x 10-13/16"

Deadlines

All orders are due to publisher in writing by the 15th of the second month preceding issue date. Materials are due by the 20th of the second month preceding issue. If an extension is necessary, contact Linda Binaei at the home office: (847) 866-3196.

Printing Specifications

The magazine is printed computer-to-plate (CTP), heat-set Web offset process. Digital formats are preferred. Digital formats accepted: High-resolution Acrobat PDFs, QuarkXPress, Illustrator, or InDesign in Windows or Macintosh platforms. Please do not e-mail digital files. Ship digital files on zip disk or CD with two SWOP certified color (hard-copy) proofs to Magazine Advertising (see address below).
